The Twelfth Ordinary General Meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders of Al-Jazeera Sudanese Jordanian Bank was held on the eighth of this month at Al Salam Rotana Hotel, with an attendance rate of 74%. Most prominent attendee was sayed Dr. Abdella Idris Gezira State Wali, representing the State (Bank shareholder).The bank’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2020 were approved and the board of directors discharged, and the general assembly approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute dividends to shareholders in the form of shares of 95% of the paid-in capital in pounds.
